Terms:

Pending credit card authorisation, verification, and availability of stock, delivery will take 3 to 7 business days. On occasion, some shipments may take longer than 7 business days. This will depend on the postal services in your country.
A signature may be required upon delivery, depending on your local carrier. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of pick-up arrangements.
We recommend either a work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details) or PO BOX for prompt delivery.
Please note that the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland are treated as UK delivery, not international delivery.
Unfortunately, we can't currently deliver orders to BFPO addresses.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.)

**Please note: Due to increased demand over sale periods, deliveries may take longer than usual to reach you. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

*Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK holidays. We aim to process orders with 48 hours however, during sale time and after Bank Holiday this maybe longer.

We use scrunched, recyclable brown paper to pack our goods.

Returns

Terms & Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s) you may return them within 14 days of receipt of goods. Trilogy will refund or exchange to the cost of the goods purchased. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost whilst being returned to us. All returns must be returned complete, unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Unless the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange for and pay return postage charges. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning items. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
You have the right, by law, to withdraw from your purchase within seven working days after the date the item is delivered to you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of the purchase of any items where the product has been used.

To return an item, please contact us giving the reason for the return as “contract cancellation”. Package the item securely and return it to us so that it is received by us within seven working days after the date that the item was delivered to you.

Any refund due will be credited via the original payment method no later than 10 working days from receipt of returned items.

Returns and Exchanges

At Trilogy we take great pride in providing the highest quality product to all our customers and are committed to ensuring that we deliver excellence in customer service. We want you to be happy with your “Trilogy” purchase and welcome feedback on the level of service we are providing.

We strongly suggest that you find out your skin type before selecting any skincare products, as this will make it much easier for you to be able to select products that will suit you. If you would like us to recommend the products that will be best suited to your skin, please contact us.

Please note that we will only refund or exchange products purchased from https://trilogyproducts.co.uk

If you have purchased “Trilogy” products from another online retailer or from a retail outlet you will need to return the product from where it was purchased.

Refund and Exchange policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your online purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How to return products

First of all, please contact us to obtain a returns form, which you'll need to print and fill out and send back
with your products. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs forreturning your item to us. The original Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policy

Trilogy UK can only ship to a limited number of countries. Trilogy UK is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all local or international charges and fees incurred.
